Manufacturing of cold rooms for food storage in Egypt

The fabrication of the refrigeration and freezing rooms depends on three main elements: a cooling unit – insulation panels –iso-thermal door. Cold rooms are manufactured based on the heat insulation sandwich panel with the installation of refrigeration or freezing units

Refrigeration and freezing rooms (Cold Rooms) are manufactured in stages or steps beginning with:

• Select the area where the cooling/freezing room is placed
• And then you put the thermal insulating floors
• Place reinforced steel to be used as a strong base for the cooling/freezing room
• The floor is then isolated with insulating material
• Pillars are installed for refrigerating/freezing room walls
• Prepare a cooling unit or freezing unit on a per-customer basis and the type of foodstuff to be isolated; installation of the cooling or freezing unit depends on room size.
